- When you've finished selecting your items, proceed through the checkout, entering your delivery address and payment details.
- After you've completed checkout, you will immediately receive an automatic email to confirm that your order has been submitted. It is then processed and dispatched using Australia Post. You will receive another email when your order is successfully processed and ready for dispatch.
The Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged for all orders delivered within Australia.
Gift wrapping is available free of charge. Please indicate if you require wrapping, and for which items.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you wish to cancel your order contact us immediately and we will stop shipment of the order and refund your payment. If the item has been shipped a refund - less the cost of postage- will be made on return of the goods.

BANK DEPOSIT
Simply transfer your payment into Ethical Gifts bank account (bank details will be displayed in the shopping cart) Please note: this payment option is only available to Australian residents. Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received, but will be cancelled if we don't hear from you within 5 business days.
SHIPPING COST
Withis Australia delivery is charged at a flat rate of $6.95 to anywhere in Australia The shopping cart will calculate this amount automatically. Charges can be viewed in the shopping cart well before confirming your order.
TIME FRAME FOR DELIVERY
All orders are posted within 2 working days of the receipt of payment
If you are waiting for an order to arrive, and it doesn't, please contact Ethical Gifts so we can track it down. If no-one was home when delivery was attempted, your parcel may be waiting at your local post office for collection.
If you spend most of your weekdays at work, it could be more convenient to use your work address for delivery.

PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers can either be delivered as a file in an email, or printed on a paper certificate and delivered in the post. You can provide a name and email address for the gift voucher recipient (or you can provide your own email address and forward the Gift Voucher to the recipient yourself). You can also include a message.

To use a Gift Voucher online, enter its unique identification number into the shopping cart.
