I believe in the things I sell and I want you to be happy with them too. So, outside of the 30 Day period, if they have failed you in any way, please contact me and we can discuss the options.
How to return
When returning an item, please make sure you include your full name, contact details, and order number - a copy of the original invoice and the original packaging would also be good
Please tell me why you are returning your goods.
If the item is faulty, I will cover postal charges, for other returns, if appropriate, I will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs, and for all returns, please retain a proof of posting .
